Simple Summer Centerpiece

Tie a cute bow on a terra cotta pot, fill with some soil, flowers and finish it off with a seed packet taped to a shish kabob stick, push into the pot and voila a perfect summer centerpiece.
These also make great prizes for a game if you are throwing a shower. You can also just give them to people who helped with the event too. They are very pretty and add so much to the table.

Below are some more photo's from this super fun baby shower for my dear friend Becky!

Candy Bar that her sister in law created. It was so yummy!

This cake was wonderful! An 18 year old made it. It was the talk of the party.

Not only did it look good, it tasted good too. TIP~ fondant melts in 100 degree heat. That was a struggle!

This metal and wood chair was refurbished by her Mother. It went perfect with the hot pink and green color scheme. She set a potted plant in the center. This was perfect set out at the entrance when guests arrived. What a great idea!

For the food we had fruit, veggies, lunch meat, cheese, crackers, pasta and bacon potato salad, scones, rolls and dips. To drink we had pink lemonade with sliced limes and water with sliced lemons.
This was a very fun event, the best part was celebrating the upcoming birth of her beautiful daughter!
